Judith Soleman studied at Bar-Ilan University in Israel (M.A. in Literature and Philosophy).

In addition to many years of work as an Ivrit and Kodesh teacher, she contributed to the development of the TalAm program and was involved in teacher training.

From 2014 to 2021, she served as principal at the ICZ Zürich and took over the leadership of the Leo Adler School in the 2025–26 school year.

Her areas of expertise include curriculum innovation, the integration of digital components into teaching, and a state-of-the-art reading program.

Dvora Wischedski has been teaching at the Leo Adler School with great success since 2003.

She is known among children and parents as a warm and communicative teacher.

She completed her training at the teacher training college “Beit Rivka College” in Kfar Chabad, Israel, as a teacher of Kodesh (Jewish studies) and mathematics.

Her strength lies in creating a supportive learning environment that combines pedagogical values with a variety of teaching methods.

The social integration and emotional development of the children are particularly important to her.

Sarale Shragai received her training as a kindergarten and primary school teacher at the Michlelet “David Jelin” in Israel and has additional training in occupational and art therapy according to Rudolf Steiner.

Since 2018, she has been teaching in the kindergarten and in the Jewish studies (Ivrit) classes at the ICZ Zürich, focusing on reading and Hebrew.

Sarale is distinguished by her warmth and joie de vivre, providing children with space for personal development and creativity.

Shimshon Soleman earned a B.A. and a teaching diploma at Bar-Ilan University in Israel.

He has worked as an Ivrit and Kodesh teacher at all levels in the USA, Canada, and for 18 years at the Noam School in Zürich.

He specializes in designing curricula and teaching materials and supports teachers in the early stages of their careers.

He enriches lessons with a great deal of creativity, singing, and theatrical performances.

Parent Council

The parents’ council supports the school management and has the following functions:

 A link between parents and the school management

 Providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

 Supporting school activities

Meeting with the school management twice a year
